I'd like to know if the train & test files were both extracted between period of 2 years from November 2017 to November 2019 or if it only applies to the train files?
from my understanding yes, the 2 year period applies to both train and test. however the files are just cordinates and there's no way of telling which date each data point falls under, we just know its between 2017-2019
